Meet Christy J. Manoharan, LPC, NCC

Founder of Perspectives

I believe we are each created with innate value and resilience, but often it takes support to see it clearly and begin the work of healing.

As a licensed professional counselor, I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Counseling, to me, is about more than just solving problems, it's about rediscovering hope and finding our true purpose and value. It’s about finding new ways to view our struggles, our stories, and ourselves.

I know from personal experience that life can bring seasons of fear, sadness, and uncertainty. Struggles with depression and anxiety are real, but so is the possibility of healing. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you as you move toward greater freedom, strength, and peace.

At Perspectives, you'll find a compassionate, judgment-free space where your voice matters. We'll work together to uncover the tools and perspectives that help you live with greater clarity, purpose, and resilience.

Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of work, I cherish moments with my kids and my husband, those are the times that remind me of life’s simple joys. I find peace in quiet moments of creativity and relaxation, and strength through my faith. I also enjoy going for drives to take in the beauty of nature—a chance to pause, reflect, and see the bigger picture.
